I offer therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples, tailored to each individual and their current life situation. I take an integrative approach and provide sessions in person in Tenerife and online, in Spanish and Italian.

My approach is warm, respectful, and non-judgmental. I believe that everyone moves at their own pace and in their own time, and my role is to be there to support them along the way.

How do I know if I need to go to therapy?

You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. If you feel like something isn’t quite right, if you’re struggling to manage your emotions, or if you simply want to get to know yourself better, therapy can be a valuable space for you.

How long does a session last?

Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. They are typically held once a week or every two weeks, although the schedule is tailored to each person’s needs and availability.

How does the first session work?

The first session is a chance to explore. You can tell me what’s on your mind, I’ll explain how I work, and together we’ll decide if it makes sense to start a process. It’s a relaxed meeting, with no pressure.

Do you also work with minors?

Yes. I offer therapy for children and adolescents, tailoring the setting, tools, and language to each developmental stage. In the case of minors, parents or guardians play an active role in the process.

Do you offer sessions in Italian?

Yes. I offer therapy in both Spanish and Italian. For Italian speakers living in Spain or elsewhere, online sessions in Italian are definitely an option.

Are online sessions just as effective?

Yes. Evidence shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for most people and issues. All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection.

How long does the therapeutic process take?

There is no standard duration. It depends on each person’s goals, challenges, and pace. The important thing is that the process moves at your own pace and is always based on mutual agreement.​
